Mr Kumar is the Clinical Director for Plastic Surgery at The Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead.  As Clinical Lead for Skin cancer he set up the regional Sentinel node service for melanoma.  He is the Chair of the Kent Regional Specialist Skin MDT for Melanoma and Non-melanoma skin cancers.  He is a core member of the Sussex Specialist Skin Cancer MDT and Chair of the Sussex Skin tumour Group.
